I was excited about it and it really is a good concept. When my mother in law goes to the ear doctor he always uses a suction thing to remove her wax. I like the Wax Vac but I don't think it has enough power. It's great to get the water out of my ears after swimming and showering but it didn’t do too good of a job on the wax. It got some loose particles out but I still needed to use the dreaded Q-Tip.
